2. Schedule Time :
1.) 1:00 PM-3:45 PM
2.) 4:00 PM-6:45 PM
3.) 7:00 PM-9:45 PM (Please be advise that strict observance of using hours and maintain the cleanliness of the seminar room for the next user). If the applicant is not to come on time,your reservation will be automatically cancelled. ( Please let us know any changes/or cancellation of your seminar schedule reservation. You can email us in our e-mail address or call our TA Office Telephone Number).
3. Opening Time:
1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Office will be closed on Philippines holidays and special holidays).
4. How to make Reservation:
* Please indicate your Reservation Name and membership number. * Upper DIAMOND member's name if possible. * Reservation day and time range (choose the time range from above listed).
5. Reservation Condition:
The limitation for the reservation is up to 3 times ranges for one week (Mon-Sun). * In principle for the reservation is permitted one time range per one day. * You can make reservation for the next day regardless of the reservation limitation per a day if the room is vacant at 6:00 PM on the previous day. * Saturday and Sunday are exception. Two times ranges are the limitation for reservation on Saturday and Sunday. * It is prohibited to make the reservation under the name of another member's name of the same group up to 3 times ranges of reservation are for 1DIA group.
6.Others:
* Seminar room use is only available as space in principle. * Please prepare drinks such as coffee and tea in each group. * We provide projector but please bring your own laptop.
